Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new outfit, but if something isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in original condition with tags attached and free of any makeup or stains.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have all original White Fox tags attached before starting your request.

• 2.
  Submit Online Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 3.
  Package & Post

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items, and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse team processes your return, you will receive an email containing a store credit code to use on your next purchase.
